APL Materials have published an article by Harding et Al about the opportunity around the study of three-dimensional artificial spin ice (ASI) structures.

Experiments involved two-photon lithography, oxygen plasma exposure and thermal evaporation. Silson’s silicon apertures (TEM-200-0.05-aperture) were used for the Two-Photon Lithography stage
