arXiv has published an article by Preimesberger et Al on the use of “coincidence detection of electrons and photons to investigate energy-momentum conservation within electron-photon pairs emerging in the “coherent” cathodoluminescence (CL) process.”
In the TEM, electrons interacted with Silson’s 100 nm thick, 0.5 x 0.5 mm monocrystalline silicon membranes during the experiment.
